Some of the coaching areas we can focus on:
Your coach
Hi I’m Stephanie !
My journey into coaching began with my own experience of growth, self-discovery, and change. Working with coaches and therapists showed me just how transformative intentional support can be, and how powerful it is to have someone help you move from feeling stuck to taking purposeful, confident action.
That experience became a calling. I founded Wild Seed Club, a company creating bespoke wellness experiences, and went on to become a certified professional coach.
Before coaching, I worked in corporate strategy and consulting. As a woman working in male-dominated industries, I developed a deep interest in leadership, confidence, career transitions, and supporting women to thrive in corporate environments. I am also passionate about helping teams create more inclusive and psychologically safe cultures.
I now work with individuals and teams to create clarity, remove obstacles, and make meaningful progress on the work that matters—while building wellbeing that is genuine and sustainable.
Clients know me to be:
Patient, a good listener and very good at creating a safe space for openness and vulnerable conversations. My work fosters self-trust, small wins, clear choices, and support for meaningful transformation.
How to start
A simple process for meaningful change
-
Book a 45-minute chemistry call to explore where you are today, what may be holding you back, and what you truly want to create. It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know each other, ask questions, and sense whether we’re the right fit to work together.
-
After our chemistry call, you may begin to notice new thoughts, ideas, and possibilities emerging. This is a valuable time to reflect on what you want and decide whether you’re ready to commit to your coaching journey. When you’re ready, book your first coaching session and let’s begin building momentum together.
-
Meaningful change takes time, space, and commitment. Choose the coaching package that best suits your needs and take the time to invest in your transformation.
In every session, I’ll help you gain new perspectives, recognise important realisations, and identify practical next steps. You’ll leave with greater clarity and meaningful action to carry forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity, understand what you really want, and take purposeful action. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, beliefs, and patterns so you can make choices that feel aligned with who you are and the life you want to create.
-
Coaching and therapy can both provide valuable support, but they serve different purposes. Coaching typically focuses on the present and future—helping you move forward, navigate change, and achieve personal or professional goals. Therapy often focuses on healing, processing, and managing mental health challenges or past experiences.
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical support. If you’re experiencing significant emotional distress or a mental health concern, I may recommend working with a qualified healthcare professional.
-
You can bring whatever feels most relevant to you. This might include career decisions, confidence, leadership, relationships, boundaries, motivation, life transitions, or a feeling of being stuck or disconnected from your direction.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. Coaching is a space to explore what’s going on and discover your next step together.
-
Each session is shaped around what matters most to you in that moment. We may explore a particular challenge, identify new perspectives, uncover what’s getting in your way, or clarify a decision.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and offer reflections and tools where helpful. You’ll leave with greater clarity and practical actions to carry forward.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients come for support around a specific decision or transition, while others choose to work together over a longer period to create deeper, lasting change.
We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to achieve and agree on an approach that feels right for your needs, pace, and goals.
-
That’s completely okay. Our chemistry call is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of whether we’d work well together. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, respected, and ready to take an active role in your coaching journey.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, let’s have a conversation!
